Introduction of New Technology

Omotesando Hills is furnished with the latest technologies and equipment. For example, the 250m long Bright-Up Wall installed on the external wall, moving projectors, multi-directional speakers and large-screen displays allow for a multiplicity of lighting, visual and acoustic effects.

Safety
For the safety and peace of mind of local people and users of the complex, it is equipped with intermediate shock-absorbers to prevent damage even in major earthquakes, and a disaster well which can provide approximately 40t of water a day in the event of a disaster.

Environment
We have developed a hydrophobic canal using rainwater. Plants grow in the rooftop garden (covering 30% of the area of the site) and on the walls.

Culture
The walls and stair rails etc. from the Dojunkai Apartments have been reused.
