Comment from Minoru Mori, President of Mori Building Co., Ltd.
With the latest office and residential space, Ark Hills Front Tower will receive maximum benefit of the functions and attractiveness of Ark Hills while contributing to the development of the area.
In the future a variety of new projects are planned for the surrounding area by multiple companies including Mori Building which is developing the Toranomon-Roppongi District Redevelopment, 21 & 25 Mori Building Reconstruction Project, and Kanjo Nigosen Project. Mori Building is advancing integrated area management for this area as well as those in Shinbashi, Toranomon, and Roppongi under the concept of reviving Tokyo into a truly international city that leads the global standard. As symbolized by the lush verdant hills of Ark Hills, which celebrations its 25th anniversary this year, we will continue to vigorously push forward to realize the very attractive Vertical Garden City concept, which is not only environmentally friendly but also provides a comfortable place not only for people in the surrounding area but for those from overseas as well.
