Pleasure Cast Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Namco Ltd., will open an indoor mini-theme park called "Hello Kitty's Kawaii Paradise" (approx. 891m²) on October 22, 2010 (Fri) on the 1st floor of Venus Fort, a retail facility operated in Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo by Mori Building. Pleasure Cast has obtained a license for Hello Kitty from Sanrio Co., Ltd., and will make use of its expertise in the entertainment business cultivated in the operation of such facilities as Sanrio Puroland.

Hello Kitty's Kawaii Paradise is a mini-theme park constructed in the likeness of a town produced by Hello Kitty Venus, a goddess of Kawaii (cuteness) who was sent to the world by six goddesses living in Venus Fort. The facility expects 700,000 visitors within the first fiscal year, targeting domestic tourists, the number of which is continuing to increase in the Odaiba area, and Asian tourists, a market that is expected to expand after the opening of an international terminal at Haneda Airport.
