Hills Club Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Mori Building Co., Ltd. operating a membership club and other services, will open a multipurpose space on July 1st called "the club room." This follows the expansion of the ARK HILLS CLUB, located on the top floor (37th) of ARK Mori Building in ARK Hills. The room opens its doors to welcome not only members, but also non-members, available for a diverse variety of uses including seminars, presentations, parties, etc.

A 340-square-meter multipurpose space for everyone
The ARK HILLS CLUB first opened in September 1998 as a membership club providing an exclusive venue for the interaction of people, information, and culture. The club gives their 1,000 members high quality treatment and catering services as while also enthusiastically providing opportunities for members' interaction through the organization of elaborate social meetings and events.
At the newly opened "the club room", the 340meter room located on the 37th floor of ARK Mori Building allows users to enjoy the splendid view of the Shinjuku area, and is suitable for holding parties up to 230 guests (standing). The room can also be divided into three sections, and the individual spaces can be used for meetings and seminars. The room is available as a public facility, and thus not only members, but also non-members can experience quality time produced by the HILLS CLUB.
