The large-scale casual dining spot CHOICE!, with seating for about 250 guests, opened on Friday, June 11 in the ARK Hills facility (Minato-ku, Tokyo) managed by Mori Building Co., Ltd. The restaurant interior, created through the collaboration of global designer Yasumichi Morita and super Master Plasterer Kusumi Naoki, uses "soil" as a theme to produce an ambiance that functions as an endlessly appealing, hospitable space. As an all-day dining venue that is adaptable to circumstances ranging from an office workers' luncheon spot during the day to a beer garden where companions can pleasantly past the time at night and individuals can relax in the terrace seating with their pets on the weekends, CHOICE! offers an environment eminently suited to the diverse uses of the people who gather at ARK Hills.

ARK Hills aims at further maturity as a facility serving as a core for the surrounding area
ARK Hills, which will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2011, has implemented shop renewals and other changes from time to time aimed at creating a community where office workers, neighborhood residents and the general public can work, reside and relax more easily. Since the start of 2010, the 24-hour supermarket operator "Seijo Ishii" has opened a market on the first floor in Mori Building, and in March the cafe restaurant "Randy" opened facing the cherry trees at the ARK Hills Annex. In addition, the "Hills Marche" held every Saturday since September 2009 has also proven extremely popular with local residents as a new experience, and has fostered a new weekend community at ARK Hills.
Mori Building Co., Ltd. will soon complete ARK Hills Front Tower (scheduled for completion in January 2011) and the 21.25 Mori Building Reconstruction Project (scheduled for completion in November 2013) in the ARK Hills vicinity in the future, and as a facility ARK Hills will aim at further maturity with these buildings as its core.
