Mori Building Co., Ltd. completed a reform of the Toranomon 15 Mori Building (first constructed in 1969 in Minato-ku, Tokyo). This reform included enhanced earthquake resistance, renewed facilities, and improved office specifications along with an upgrading of the interior and exterior of the building in order to polish its image. This 41 year-old office building, renewed with advanced earthquake resistance, office building functionality, and environmentally sound aspects, has been reborn with a competitive edge.

Main features of the upgraded Toranomon 15 Mori Building:
1) Advanced earthquake resistance: newly installed quake-proof braces and walls that meet the standards of the amended earthquake resistance regulations
2) More environmentally friendly: through the installation of a better air conditioning system and more efficient lighting, CO2 emissions were reduced by 16.8%
3) Improved functionality: newly automated office floors, raised ceiling height, and installing the company's original system, Forest Ceiling and Forest Floor

Responded to tenants' needs and started with full occupancy
The upgrading of this office building through Mori's extensive experience and its prime location were in response to tenants' needs. The building reopened with no vacancies.
