On January 15, 2009, Mori Building Co., Ltd., carried out the organization and personnel changes outlined below.

Reorganization of the Property Management Division
With the aim of enhancing management and operations capabilities through the strengthening of sales, customer service, and other functions, the Property Management Division, which previously exercised unified control over these areas, has been reorganized as the Leasing Operations Division and the Building Management Division. In the Leasing Operations Division, Senior Advisor Goro Watanabe has been appointed Chief Division Officer and Managing Director Shingo Tsuji has been appointed Vice Chief Division Officer. In the Building Management Division, Senior Managing Director Hiroo Mori has been appointed Chief Division Officer and Managing Director Takemi Suzuki has been appointed Deputy Chief Division Officer. All members within the new organization will be working to further improve all functions.

Establishment of the City Air Services Preparation Office
As part of the overall efforts to increase the appeal of Tokyo as an international city, Mori Building has long considered the possibility of creating a transportation services business to carry people between central Tokyo and locations such as Narita International Airport. Serious work is now moving forward on this effort, and a task force has been created to handle the establishment of a company specifically for the helicopter business. As of January 15, Director Yoshimitsu Isoi was appointed General Manager of the City Air Services Preparation Office and Kazuhisa Shin (former Director and Executive Vice President of All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd.) was appointed Advisor.

On the same date, Mikio Kitabayashi (former President and CEO of Nikko Cordial Securities Inc.) was appointed Senior Advisor.
