Past Mori Building projects include signature Japanese real-estate projects such as Ark Hills (Minato-ku, Tokyo; completed in 1986), the first large-scale complex redevelopment project undertaken by the private sector, and Roppongi Hills (Minato-ku, Tokyo; completed 2003), Japan's largest redevelopment project undertaken by the private sector.
Through these projects, Mori Building has accumulated extensive expertise and technologies.
