【MORI ART MUSEUM】EXHIBITION SCHEDULE FOR FY2027
Creating a space where children can encounter contemporary art
In fiscal year 2027, Mori Art Museum will present New Rules of Play: Art, Children, and Society, centering on the theme of play as an activity that unleashes the imagination we have nurtured since early childhood, in a bid to make our museum a place where children can encounter contemporary art. In addition to participatory works, which invite visitors to touch, create, and engage in play, as well as immersive installations that engage the whole body, the exhibition seeks to offer experiences that stimulate the imagination across generations, from children to adults, including historical works from the 1950s that emerged out of an intellectual discourse that expanded the concept of contemporary art.
The museum will be closed for renovations during the second half of fiscal year 2027. We look forward to your continued support of our activities.
