Service Features

090728_1.jpg

1 ) ARK Hills Heliport in Akasaka is the only heliport to provide private helicopter service in central Tokyo.
Located near the government office district of Kasumigaseki, the Akasaka-Roppongi area is a truly international borough of Tokyo that is home to embassies, the offices of multinational companies, first-class hotels, and premiere shopping/dining centers. This new service is enhancing the accessibility of this already extremely convenient global business center.

2 ) Travel time between ARK Hills (Akasaka) and Narita International Airport is reduced to approx. 30 minutes.
Compared with rail service (over 60 minutes) and travel by automobile (average over 75 minutes), the Narita Airline Connection Service significantly reduces travel time between Narita International Airport and central Tokyo. After a 15-minute helicopter flight from ARK Hills Heliport in Akasaka to Narita (Sakura) Heliport, limousine service whisks passengers to Narita International Airport terminals in just 15 minutes. Helicopter transportation will be provided by Excel Air Service Inc., while limousine service will be provided by Manzaki Kotsu Co., Ltd., Nihon Kotsu Co., Ltd., Hinomaru Limousine Co., Ltd.

3 ) With a maximum of 22 flights per day, the frequent chartered service schedule provides excellent connections for airline arrivals and departures. (See Table 1)
The service schedule has been designed to align with the main flight schedules of the airlines to minimize waiting time, thus allowing active executives to fully maximize their time.

4 ) Safe and comfortable travel in a high performance helicopter with an impressive safety record.
Passengers travel in the Eurocopter EC135, a high-performance, low-noise helicopter model with an unparalleled safety record. These superb characteristics have made the EC135 the choice of doctors, police and other professionals who put a priority on safety and performance. The fleet also debuts Japan's first EC135 Hermes Edition helicopter, promising a luxurious flight experience in the comfort of high-quality calf leather seats within a bright and spacious cabin.

5 ) Limousine pickup service from your home, office or hotel makes travel swift and simple.
Limousine service transports passengers from their specified location to the ARK Hills heliport in Akasaka. This pickup service for Minato, Chiyoda, Chuo and Shibuya wards as well as some hotels in Shinjuku ward is included in the standard service fare. Also, in the event of suspension of helicopter flight service due to unfavorable weather conditions, alternate transportation by limousine service is provided.
* Charges and scope of service will vary depending on the area.
