For Mori Building, opening a development is not the goal but the starting point. The development continues for the decades to come. That is precisely why town management initiatives that nurture the community are so important. We will further increase the magnetism of our complexes by ensuring they stay fresh, deepening ties between people, and fostering a vibrant community.

Building a mixed-use urban complex alone does not enhance the area’s magnetism nor generate new values and ideas. It is the organic integration and synergy among the various facilities that drives these outcomes. Mori Building produces entire complexes with a broad perspective to generate vitality and invigorate the district. As part of our branding and promotional activities, we conduct training for staff working at shops to improve the service quality of the overall complex, in addition to planning and managing year-round events. We have also built a system to attract a large number of sponsors by branding the complex and proactively disseminate information, thereby enabling the complex’s sustainable operation.

We evolve each development in line with the times and continuously update features that enrich people’s lives. We aim to take on new challenges alongside partners who participate in the development and work together to nurture the cities.
