Mori Building provides comprehensive coordination to realize projects, encompassing everything from planning urban development initiatives to building consensus with local residents, negotiating with government agencies, and verifying project viability.
Redevelopment is not carried out by Mori Building alone, but as a joint project with local residents. Together with the people who live in the area, we envision the future, exchange ideas, gather opinions, and develop plans with their support and consensus. No project can be realized without deepening and building relationships between people. Even if it takes time, we never skip dialogue or try to rush things.
