Domestically, we provide comprehensive consulting services to bring projects to fruition, from redevelopment planning to negotiations with government agencies and relevant ministries. We create vibrant neighborhoods with new functions while leveraging the unique local context.
Furthermore, we are actively expanding our consulting business overseas to respond to the anticipated surge in demand not only for the physical infrastructure of urban development but also for the operational and management aspects of completed complexes. This leverages our comprehensive expertise in urban development, spanning planning and design through to operation and management for large-scale mixed-use redevelopment projects, thereby contributing to Asia's further development.

As we promote urban development, it is crucial to visualize concretely how our city and future will change and to build consensus. Mori Building independently develops communication tools such as urban models and virtual reality (VR) to support urban development and sales activities.
