The Prudential Tower is a super-high rise building containing offices, residences, and shops, with 38 floors above ground and a total floor area of 76,634.30m2. It is situated on a trunk road (Sotobori-dori). The Diet Building and other central government institutions and a number of luxury hotels are concentrated in the surrounding area, and the building can be accessed from five subway lines.

The offices on a total of 22 floors from the 3rd to the 24th floors boast sophisticated security and overwhelming views, and the molded floor plates of approximately 385 tsubo or 1,270 m2 per floor make flexible office layouts possible.

The residences on the upper floors (floors 26-38) consist of general rental residences and rental residences with furniture (serviced apartments). The Prudential Tower is located in a business district with a strong international flavor because of the large number of foreign companies there. Accordingly about 70% of the 125 residences (85 residences) are serviced apartments.

On the first and second floors of the tower and in the Prudential Plaza (an adjacent building with two floors) there are a range of attractive stores which can be enjoyed by office workers and other visitors to the site. We designed them based on the concept of “a new gourmet food space in Tokyo.”

- One minute walk from Akasakamitsuke Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and Marunouchi Line
- Three minute walk from Nagatacho Station on the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line, the Hanzomon Line, and the Yurakucho Line
