The project site is located in an area of planned and ongoing redevelopment, centered on Ark Hills. The concept behind redevelopment in this area lies in the formation of a high-quality, attractive urban district with an abundant cosmopolitan and cultural atmosphere, shared by residential properties and cultural, commercial, and business facilities. Although this will be a medium-sized building, the structure will nevertheless stand as a high-grade office building with both functionality and design suitable to a company head office, located in a central Tokyo business district.
Office
Akasaka Enokizaka Mori Building
As part of efforts to take the global environment into consideration, to reduce its impact on the environment, and to develop a comfortable environment for office workers, this project will feature facilities such as a rooftop garden accessible directly from office floors via passenger elevators and a natural ventilation system that will bring currents of outside air to even interior offices. Furthermore, to promote harmony with the surrounding neighborhood and to add scenery to the area, the property layout is designed to engender a feeling of unity with Minato Ward’s neighboring Akasaka Enokizaka green zone, in part through the installation of planters in the spaces in front of the building and in back alleys.
