Vibration-control engineering

The building's earthquake resistance construction combines "viscoelastic brace dampers," designed to mitigate a wide range of vibrations from low- to high-intensity tremors, with "unbonded brace dampers," engineered primarily to control vibrations generated by major earthquakes. The structure not only ensures the safety of the building in the event of a quake, but, by suppressing even the slightest vibrations, also prevents damage to office equipment.
