Security System

Access is controlled by a non-contact IC card-key system for security gates at the lobby level and card readers at tenant entrances. During nighttime hours and holidays, the system further controls access to the building via the off-hours entrance to lobby elevator halls within the building. Inside the elevators, the system can be set to restrict access to specific tenant floors at the tenant's discretion. Together these safeguards implement phased levels of security.
Tenants occupying an entire floor may optionally (security rental) request the installation of a door, a card reader and an electronic lock for access to the office floor elevator hall, limiting access to hallways and restrooms to authorized persons and ensuring the tenant exclusive use of common areas on their floor.
