Ceilings are a generous 2.8 meters high — the top-standard ceiling height for Japanese office buildings. Tenants requiring 20-centimeter free-access raised flooring (alterations at the tenant's expense) will still enjoy 2.7 meters of floor-to-ceiling clearance.
