Air-conditioning

Out of regular hours air-conditioning and other environment control settings can be controlled from tenant's computers (via the Internet).

Temperature-control

Temperature for interior air-conditioning can be set via the Internet (per unit/5 settings).

  • *Perimeter units have manually-operated thermostats on individual units.; There is no Internet control of these units.

On/off controls

Both interior and perimeter units can be turned on and off (on an AC equipment group* basis) via the Internet.

  • *equipment grouped to form an Internet -controlled operational unit.
  • *Perimeter units may also be turned on and off via control panels on individual units.

Off-hours AC scheduling

Off-hours air-conditioning for both interior and perimeter units (on an AC equipment group basis) can be scheduled via the Internet for the same day, and up to two months ahead.

Others

Out of regular hours air-conditioning schedules, use and operations records*, and other climate control-related information is also accessible via the Internet.

  • *Use and operations records are planned future services.
  • *Information relates only to the standard equipment supplied with the building for tenant use. Tenant retrofitted equipment will not be reflected in the data.
  • *Access requires Internet Explorer 5.01 or higher.
