Air-conditioning

The building features a 50m² unit VAV (variable air volume) control system with perimeter units installed at 3.6m intervals along the window wall. This system maintains a comfortable environment at all times. Each floor is divided into four zones, each individually climate controlled.; Perimeter units can be operated individually during non-regular office hours.
