THE MORI MEMORIAL FOUNDATION has officially released the Global Power City Index 2009 today.
GPCI-2009 has been tuned up reflecting advises from the expers and academics in related fields since the first version which was released last year.
The objective of GPCI is to pull attentions from people to the cities and give opportunities to reconsider attractiveness of the cities through the rankings.
