Tokyo, October 7, 2014 - Mori Building Co., Ltd., a leading Tokyo-based urban real estate developer, today announced the establishment of its representative office in Singapore, to further expand and strengthen the company's real estate investment, development and consultation businesses in Southeast Asia.

With the rapid urbanization and economic growth occurring in many Southeast Asian cities, there is a growing demand for high-quality buildings and urban development in the region. In 2013, Mori Building established its International Business Department to further expand the company's operations beyond Japan and China to emerging cities in Southeast Asia.
