Pleasure Cast Co., Ltd. (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo), a subsidiary of Namco Ltd. (Ohta-ku, Tokyo) will open an indoor amusement facility called "Hello Kitty's Kawaii Paradise" (approx. 891m²) on October 22, 2010 (Fri) on the 1st floor of Venus Fort at Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo. The facility expects 700,000 visitors within the first fiscal year, targeting domestic tourists, the increase in which is seen in the Odaiba area, and Asian tourists, a market that is expected to expand after the opening of the international terminal of Haneda Airport. "Hello Kitty's Kawaii Paradise" is an amusement facility which constructed in the likeness of a town produced by a new character- Hello Kitty Venus, a goddess of Kawaii (cuteness) who was sent to the world by six goddesses living in Venus Fort.

The facility concept aims to be an "entertainment facility where visitors can enjoy Kawaii ('pretty/cute") experiences." With a theme of Kawaii, and the concept of Hello Kitty, the facility consists of three different areas: the Attraction area, the Dining area, and the Shopping area. At each area, visitors can enjoy Kawaii experiences produced by Hello Kitty Venus.

What is "Hello Kitty Venus"?
The three enthusiastic companies, Venus Fort Inc., a company operating Venus Fort which has been keenly targeting the growing Asian tourist market, Sanrio Co., Ltd., the licenser of Hello Kitty, an internationally famous Japanese character, and Pleasure Cast Co., Ltd., a company operating character-based facilities such as TOMAS TOWN, collaborate to co-establish a new entertainment facility targeting Asian tourists. "Hello Kitty Venus," a symbolic character of the facility, will be seen only at the facility and will produce a variety of Kawaii attractions following the opening.
